Call for abstracts
If your unit has solved something, failed at something instructive, or holds research the rest of the field should see, the Speakers & Agenda Committee wants the abstract. Speaking slots are not sold — they are selected.

What the committee looks for
The strongest submissions come from people who did the work. Vendors reach this audience through the exhibition floor and sponsorship — the conference platform is for practice and research.
Your abstract has to sit inside one of the fourteen thematic tracks. Name the track in your submission.
A method, a result, a dataset, a mistake worth avoiding. Not a description of your organisation.
Casework, evaluation or research that stands up to questions from an audience of practitioners.
The person presenting should be able to answer detail questions about the work, not read someone else’s slides.
How it works
Abstracts are submitted through the official Speakers Submission Portal. Use Chrome or Safari; incomplete or inaccurate submissions may be rejected.
The Speakers & Agenda Committee reviews all submissions together rather than on a rolling basis, so nothing is decided until the window closes.
Every applicant is contacted with the outcome. Shortlisted speakers then receive session format, timing and briefing details.
Final selection depends on programme and slot availability. An approved abstract that cannot be given a session may instead be shared with attendees through official Summit outreach.
A delegate pass opens all fourteen tracks, every workshop and the exhibition floor.
