The free Visitor pass covers the exhibition floor only. Conference sessions, workshops and the ceremonies are not included.
All rates are in US dollars and exclusive of VAT. Early bird runs until 15 November 2026; onsite rates apply 16–18 November.

Payment
Pay with all major credit cards — Visa and Mastercard only. An invoice in English is generated automatically by the registration platform and sent to the billing address on your form. Any bank charges relating to the payment are borne by the participant.
You can register for the conference on site and pay on the spot, by credit card or cash. The accepted currencies are shown on the registration platform.
Cancellations
All deadlines are 23:59 UAE time on the date shown.
Before you book
If you work in law enforcement, public safety or the wider industry, take the Delegate pass. Officials attending on behalf of a government body take the Government pass, and members of a partner association take the Association Partner pass — both at the same rate. Students and researchers take the Student pass. If you only want to walk the exhibition floor, the Visitor pass is free.
No. All published rates are exclusive of VAT. VAT is added at checkout and shown on the invoice.
Early bird rates run until 15 November 2026 — the day before the Summit opens. From 16 to 18 November, onsite rates apply.
Yes. Email info@worldpolicesummit.com with the number of passes and the pass type, and the registration desk will send you a group quote.
Yes. You can register at the venue and pay on the spot by credit card or cash, at the onsite rate. The accepted currencies are shown on the registration platform.
Register first, then email info@worldpolicesummit.com to request an official invitation letter. Allow enough time before you travel — the cancellation policy protects delegates whose requested visa support is not provided in time.
Refunds are processed within 60 days after the Summit ends and are paid by bank transfer, not back to the card you paid with.
