Dubai World Trade Centre, Za’abeel Halls 4–6. Two minutes from a Red Line metro station, twenty minutes from Dubai International Airport, and walking distance from four hotels. Everything you need to get here and get in.
The venue
DWTC sits on Sheikh Zayed Road in the Trade Centre district, at the centre of the city rather than on its edge. The Summit occupies the Za’abeel Halls, with the conference theatres, exhibition floor, Demonstration Hub and Awards ceremony all under one roof.

09:00 to 17:00 on Monday 16, Tuesday 17 and Wednesday 18 November 2026. The Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner run into the evening on 18 November.
Collect your badge at the Za’abeel entrance from 09:00 on Day 1. Bring photo ID matching your registration and your confirmation email or QR code.
Getting there
World Trade Centre station sits on the Red Line, roughly a two-minute covered walk from the halls. From Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 at DXB, take the Red Line towards Expo and get off at World Trade Centre — around 20 minutes.
Around 15 to 20 minutes from DXB outside peak hours. Ask for the Za’abeel Halls entrance rather than the main DWTC tower — the site is large and the drop-off points are different.
Paid parking is available across the DWTC site, including Za’abeel Plaza parking with a pedestrian footbridge into the halls. Parking fills early on Day 1 — arrive before 09:00 or use the metro.
Several hotels sit on the DWTC campus or immediately beside it, putting the halls within a five to ten minute walk.
Where to stay
November is peak season in Dubai and the city hosts several large events that month. Book early — rooms near DWTC go first.
Ibis One Central and Novotel World Trade Centre sit inside the DWTC complex, a short covered walk from the Za’abeel Halls. The most practical choice if you want to drop back to your room between sessions.
A wide range of hotels along Sheikh Zayed Road and around Downtown Dubai are within one or two metro stops or a short taxi ride.
Good value alternatives one or two Red Line stations away, useful if the DWTC hotels are full.

Visas & entry
Delegates travel to the Summit from more than 110 countries. Entry requirements depend on your nationality and on the passport you are travelling on — official and diplomatic passports are treated differently from ordinary ones.
Many nationalities receive a visa on arrival or are visa-exempt for short visits to the UAE. Confirm your status with the UAE embassy or consulate in your country before you book.
If your visa application needs a letter of invitation from the Summit, request it after you have registered and paid. Allow time — the cancellation policy makes an exception where an invitation letter or requested visa support was not provided in time by the organiser.

On the day
Business attire. Serving officers are welcome in uniform and many attend that way — the opening ceremony in particular.
Your badge must be worn and visible throughout. It controls which zones you can enter, so keep it on between sessions.
Delegate passes include venue services: lunch and coffee breaks. Cafés and food outlets operate across the DWTC site.
DWTC is step-free throughout, with accessible parking, lifts and facilities. Tell us in advance if you need specific assistance.
Prayer facilities are available within the DWTC complex.
Side activities run through the three days on a first come, first served basis — they are not pre-booked.
